We are looking for an experienced product manager / buyer to oversee the purchasing of agricultural products, including feed ingredients and farm supplies. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with industry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the fundamentals of the agriculture industry including farm supplies and feed ingredients

  • Understand CISCO’s customer base, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that will grow market share. Work to improve our customers’ experience and drive growth.

  • Develop strong working relationships with CISCO’s customers and ag vendors

  • Partner with vendors and CISCO’s marketing staff to promote products and build sales

  • Assist customers with technical questions regarding the product lines managed

  • Manage inventory, keeping at proper levels to ensure excellent ROI and service levels

  • Keep up to date on new industry trends and products

  • Monitor product pricing and develop positioning strategies. Ensure accuracy of pricing and product descriptions in order entry system.

  • Attend seminars, dealer meetings, trade shows, etc. as needed

  • Assist and support CISCO’s sales staff. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and service.

  • Actively participate in CISCO’s annual trade show. Strive to introduce new vendors, offer competitive pricing and promotions, and increase sales each year.

  • Develop the agriculture section of CISCO’s yearly product catalog

  • Input orders from customers via telephone, fax, email

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to create impactful visual assets that support our brands, drive marketing initiatives, and engage our dealer network. The ideal candidate will be skilled across all stages of the design process, from concept development to final execution. A strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, buying, and sales teams to develop creative assets that align with marketing strategies.

  • Design and update promotional materials, including signage, brochures, social media graphics, infographics, and trade show materials.

  • Ability to assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional messaging.

  • Lead the design and layout of CISCO's monthly magazine, featuring product promotions and vendor advertisements.

  • Support CISCO’s dealer network by creating generic and customized marketing materials for retail use.

  • Refresh and maintain bag and label designs for branded products.

  • Oversee the layout and design of the annual product catalog.

  • Assist in the planning, design, and marketing of the annual trade show.

  • Contribute to website content updates to ensure brand consistency and freshness.

  • Support the marketing team with other initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and digital advertising projects.

  • Stay current with industry trends, proactively suggesting innovative marketing and design improvements.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

Requirements: 

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design capabilities.

  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and how design supports business goals.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.

  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools like Meta Business, Constant Contact, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Interest or experience in broader marketing initiatives, including email marketing, photography, social media management, or others is recommended.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

We are looking for an energetic individual who is self-motivated and a team player. The mixing department creates batch seed mixes, including turf seed, cover crop seed, forage seed, and bird seed. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Position hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime will be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

  • Add seed ingredients to mixers

  • Bag out mixes into 2,000 pound totes or 50 pound bags

  •  Use small pack machine to create 5, 10, and 25 pound mixes

  • Assist in other warehouse functions, as needed

  • Will be trained in picking products and could potentially move into a picking role, if needed

  • Assist in inventory control

  • Adhere to safety procedures and promote safe work practices

  • Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule

  •  Maintain a courteous and positive relationship with coworkers

  •  Proactively assist with general housekeeping and other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Basic language communication skills

  • Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting/carrying of 25 to 50 pounds

  • Time management

  • Excellent judgment and decision making

  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and follow direction

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

  • Previous RF gun experience preferred, but not required

  • Forklift and/or cherry picker experience

  • Reliable transportation

  • Seasonal overtime will be required

We are looking for an energetic individual who is self-motivated and a team player. The warehouse loaderwill pick and load orders for outbound trucks and other general warehouse duties. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Position hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime will be required during peak seasons.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Pick orders efficiently and accurately

  • Load trucks as trained

  • Collect damaged product

  • Refill “pods”as directed

  • Learn receiving responsibilities and assist as needed

  • Assist in seed mixing area and other warehouse functions, if needed

  • Contribute in keeping warehouse clean and organized

  • Arrive to work on time

  • Overtime work required during peak seasons

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

Requirements: 

  • Basic language communication skills

  • Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting/carrying of 25 to 50 pounds
